These Terms & Conditions govern your use of intramitocell.com and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

intraMITOcell products are dietary supplements. They are intended to be taken alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; your order is accepted when we ship it.

Payments

All products are sold as one-time purchases. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the product price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Prices are shown on each product page and may change over time.

Shipping

Orders placed on business days generally ship the same or next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day. Items temporarily out of stock generally ship within three business days of restocking.

Risk of loss

Once an order is scanned into the carrier’s system, responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer, except where the buyer selected insured shipping at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

Because these are consumable health products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for any reason. If you selected insured shipping at checkout, exchanges may be available for products damaged in transit. See our Shipping & Returns policy for details.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale orders are available only to licensed health professionals and authorized representatives of healthcare organizations. A business email address (not a personal or free email provider) is required to open a wholesale account. Wholesale buyers are responsible for collecting applicable resale tax or paying use tax in their jurisdiction, and must provide valid W-9 and any required tax-exemption documentation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
